Our two-storey Folk Victorian house was built in 1910. Located in the heart of Lethbridge, we are convenient to shopping, the hospital, local parks and main arterial roads. A bus stop is just one block away. Home features 3 guestrooms, free wifi, Netflix and all utilities. Please note we offer nightly (minimum stay requirement of 2 nights), weekly and monthly rates. Ask us for a quote regarding stays longer than 7 nights.

House Rules

Maximum occupancy for overnight stays is 6.
We ask that you help us to conserve energy.
Please do not overload washing machine or dryer. Do not wash oily work clothes in our laundry facility as this may damage the machines. There is a laundromat nearby if needed.
Sorry, no candles, smoking or pets on the property.
Before your departure all dishes must be clean and put back in their places.
Please empty the fridge of any left over food items.

*Prior to check-in we require contact information for all guests who will be staying in the residence as well as Emergency contact information (someone not staying in the residence).

The space
Welcome Home

The house features 3 bedrooms (2 with king beds and 1 with a double bed; occupancy 6), a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, office, 1 ½ bathrooms, and a powder room with sink & vanity. Enjoy quality bedding, linens and towels, free WiFi and Netflix during your stay. We also have a huge back yard with barbecue and patio area and a cozy front covered porch. for relaxing or visiting. You will love the privacy and outdoor spaces that you wouldn't have in a hotel.

Amenities

WiFi is provided throughout the house as well as free Netflix. There are 4 televisions (1 in each of the 3 bedrooms and 1 in the living room).
Our kitchen is fully equipped and our back yard barbecue is available for guest use. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, all bedding, towels, bathroom toiletries and hair dryers are supplied. There is a small laundry room with a washer, dryer, and a sink/power room area.

Home Security

Our home is equipped with a security system. When you first arrive and unlock the door using your access code, the system will be disarmed. It will be remain disarmed for your stay unless you arrange with us to have access. 24-Hour Sensors in the house are Smoke, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Flood Sensors. These are always active.
Guest access
Keyless Entry

Prior to your arrival we will provide you with a 4-digit private access code to our home. This access code will remain in effect for the duration of your stay. Access codes are never re-issued and are deleted after 11:00 am on the day of departure.

The house has a basement suite occupied by a long term tenant. Access to the suite is from the exterior of the house only, to ensure privacy of everyone. We reserve the right side of driveway for our basement suite tenant to park, please use left side (closest to house) for parking, alternately street parking is free.

Heat control is behind living room television. Please be considerate as this controls heat for our basement suite guest as well.

NO SMOKING, NO CANDLES and sorry, NO PETS. If these rules are breached all guests may be subject to immediate eviction and there will be no reimbursement of rent or damage deposit.

Illegal Activity

Tenants and guests are not to receive paying guests, carry on, or permit to be carried on, any illegal business, trade or profession on or from the property. If this rule is breached all guests may be subject to immediate eviction and there will be no reimbursement of rent or damage deposit.
